Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU We hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements... To succeed in the role of Receptionist, you will need the following qualities and skills. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and creating a wow factor through perfect customer service for every guest. You ideally are a hospitality professional who has worked in a customer-facing role, has a positive can-do attitude, and works well in a team. Experience in ONQ is advantageous but not essential. This is a hands-on role, and the successful applicant must be able to effectively liaise with other departments, answer guest inquiries in a timely and courteous manner, use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities, and demonstrate knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area.
