Responsibilities for the Receptionist will include:
  • Greet and welcome visitors on arrival, directing them to the appropriate person depending on the nature of their visit
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via reception. (Sign in book/visitor badges & creating ID badges for employees)
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls in a timely manner
  • Oversee the Liberty Reception inbox and manage all room bookings
  • Receive incoming mail and deliveries and prepare outgoing mail for collection
  • Support the Business Support Team with day-to-day tasks including but not limited to: Raising invoices, helping to maintain compliance within the office and any other ad hoc duties that may be required
  • Ordering stationery and other office sundries needed for reception
  • Other clerical duties including filing / photocopying as required, to support the business needs
  • Will take on the role of a Fire Marshal and conduct the weekly fire alarm tests
  • Will be required to have first aid knowledge – (training can be provided if not already a first aider)
  • Ensure meeting rooms are fit and ready every morning
  • Keep post room clean and tidy

    Previous reception/ admin experience and excellent customer service and communication skills. MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) essential. 

    Ability to remain calm under pressure and create solutions to day-to-day problems as and when they arise.
