As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression and upholding the client's reputation for excellence.Your main responsibilities will include:Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or departmentAnswering incoming calls and providing information or transferring calls as requiredManaging the reception area and ensuring it is tidy and presentableAssisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopyingHandling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesMaintaining office supplies and ordering new stock when neededAssisting with event planning and coordinationTo be successful in this role, you must have an enhanced DBS.
