We have a superb opportunity for a Reception Manager on Maternity Cover fixed term contract to join the team. As Reception Manager , you will be required to ensure every guest receives the ultimate in customer service. You will be an effective communicator, experienced in complaint handling, a true motivator of people and fully experienced in all aspects of Front Office including collating guest feedback, billing and revenue posting. A minimum of 3 years’ Front Office experience is required at Supervisory level or higher, together with full knowledge of OPERA. Offering £30,000 per annum , this is a full time fixed term contract opportunity.
