Position: Project Quantity Surveyor
This flagship scheme consists of an old prison being demolished, to then be replaced by a huge residential development consisting of apartment blocks that will house close to 1000 units.
Key Responsibilities (Not Limited To)
Reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a huge, flagship scheme, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of this live site, as well as managing the procurement of multiple packages at various stages of the build. Your role will involve, but not be limited to:
