I am currently working with a main contractor who is in need of a Quantity Surveyor thats ready to make big waves in their water division. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a Commercial Team responsible for delivering a large utility project in the Southeast, Redhill, with a scope of work that includes water distribution and mains replacement, New or refurbished pumping stations and the inspection and maintenance of aqueducts, bridges, and tunnels. Role:Administration of the commercial and financial aspects of projectsPreparation of Cost and Value reporting, together with commercial performance reportsProcurement and sub-contract managementCost control, and cash collectionSkills:Degree/HND or equivalent in Quantity SurveyingStrong understanding of NEC forms of contractsExperience with major civild projects (ideally water Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.
