The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Rugby area.

We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers (CAT C+E) to join the team.


  • Minimum 5 years experience in a QM Role
  • Experience of precision engineering (machining, fabrication experience would be advantageous)
  • Ability to be flexible with regards to additional hours as demanded by the business

    • Working hours;


  • 40 hr week, 0830-1730 (mon-thu), 0830-1500 (fri)
  • Expectation would be that start time would typically be 0730 to align with the wider SMT

    • Other Details;


  • 33 days holiday (incl. bank holidays)
  • Christmas Shutdown (3-4 days removed from holiday allowance)
  • 4% employer / 4% employee pension contribution
  • Company Sick Pay scheme, eligible after 1 years service, pays up to 3 months full pay in a 12 month rolling period
