Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage various behavioral science-driven projects.
  • Apply behavioral science principles to enhance service offerings and product development.
  • Conduct both traditional and online qualitative research.
  • Oversee and mentor junior team members, guiding their professional growth.
  • Deliver strategic insights to senior stakeholders, managing projects from inception to completion.

Required Skills and Experience:


  • Familiarity with behavioral science frameworks (advantageous, not needed).
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven industry experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in consultancy or agency environments.
  • At least 5 years of commercial experience.
  • Extensive qualitative research background with proficiency in diverse methodologies.
