QHSE CoordinatorNorthampton£28k per annumAgenda Partnership are supporting a Northampton based client who are looking for a QHSE Coordinator who will support and contribute to across all Quality, Health, Safety, Wellbeing and the Environment within their production facilities.

Experience is required for the role, but candidates within minimal working experience within Quality or Safety are being considered.

As any production/manufacturing facility, QHSE is pivotal within their business, assuring the team and business is compliant with all Quality and Safety, maintaining focus on all legislations, risks and governance.

Responsibilities include: * Support, review, maintain and implement policies and procedures * Documenting processes, procedures, investigation and actions via internal systems * Ensure the business and teams are complying with company standards and those of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 * Advise and assist departments with all related matters quality and safety matters * Drive continuous improvement * Participate in internal audits – auditing the site to ensure both internal and external QSHE regulations * Assisting in external audits.

* Ensure equipment maintenance schedules are completed and documented * Identify additional training needs and action relevant training * Monitor and review risk management documentation * Conduct Risk Assessments for all business activities * Ensure waste management procedures are always followed and documented * Ensure the workplace is free from hazards and excellent hygiene * Ensure all visitors, contractors are aware of the health and safety requirements whilst on site.

* Ensure all safety, health and environment accidents, incidents and near misses are recorded, investigated and reportedSkills and experience * Prior experience working within a similar role in a manufacturing or production environment NEBOSH or ISO trained would be an advantage but not an expectation * Knowledge and experience of Health and Safety in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
