Salary: Basic Salary up to £22000, up to £50,000 OTE

Brook Street are partnering with a well established estate agency firm in the Norwich area and are recruiting for an experienced property Marketing Consultant on a full time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building excellent relationships with vendors
  • Generating new and repeat business.
  • Marketing properties
  • Completing contracts
  • Gaining new instructions for properties to market
  • Upselling
  • Preparing property brochures
  • Local area canvassing
  • Door knocking and leaflet dropping.
  • Ensuring each property adheres to health and safety regulations.

Essential skills

  • Full UK Driving License for manual vehicle
  • Experience as an estate agent.
  • Relationship builder
  • Excellent communication
  • Strong understanding and knowledge or current residential lettings legislation.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
