Location : Norwich

Salary: Basic Salary up to £36,000, up to £47,000 OTE

Brook Street are partnering with a well established estate agency firm in the Norwich area and are recruiting for an experienced property manager on a full time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the team of property managers
  • Monitoring and assessing team performance.
  • Carrying out property inspections
  • Deposit returns.
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Building relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Full inventory reports
  • Negotiation tenancy extensions/renewals
  • Complying to all regulatory standards

Essential skills

  • Full UK Driving License for manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 3 years senior negotiator experience or higher as a property manager in residential lettings.
  • Relationship Builder
  • Excellent communication
  • Strong understanding and knowledge or current residential lettings legislation.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
