Key Responsibilities:



  • Overseeing a portfolio of residential, hospitality, and Airbnb properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors to facilitate smooth communication and resolve issues effectively.
  • Conducting property inspections, handling maintenance requests, and coordinating repairs as needed.
  • Managing tenancy agreements, including rent collection, lease renewals, and handling disputes.
  • Providing excellent customer service and acting as a trusted advisor to clients and tenants.

Requirements:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing property management in the UK.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
