The team advises on a full range of contentious matters including advising on commercial and residential property disputes to assist a variety of clients including housebuilders, owners, investors, and management companies. The firm requires a Property Litigation Partner with demonstrable experience running a high-value, complex caseload with a growth mindset, and a portable client following to continue to expand the dynamic team.
