As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the delivery of both commercial and R&D projects; including the management of product development initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Environmental, Health and Safety, manufacturing and ensuring that quality standards and procedures are adhered to.
Conduct materials processing, product testing and analysis, including arranging sub-contracting.
Commercial and R&D projects; including the management of product development initiatives.
Perform engineering tests and trials.
Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
Maintain and develop quality systems processes and policies.
Provide regular written reports covering activities and the status of work and activities.
Develop, pilot, test and launch new products. Ensuring that every offering is clearly differentiated, quality assured and aligned to brand and strategic priorities.
Effectively lead and participate in business team meetingsExperience and Qualifications:

Materials Engineering Degree or Equivalent essential
Experience in a similar role
Full UK Driving Licence
