cer Financial are working alongside a bank who are based in the City of London. They are seeking a Operations & Project Analyst to work with them on a permanent basis. This will suit someone with circa 1-3 years experience within a project environment as a BA/PMO/Project Support/Analyst etc ideally from within the Financial or professional services.

In this role you support the a business unit in delivering effective day-to-day business operations and supporting overall business strategy and change. This includes assisting with the delivery of new products, process enhancements and system development and testing.

The Responsibilities of an Operations & Project Analyst:

· Assist with managing and delivery of departmental projects including scoping, testing, raising and reviewing tickets.
· Assist with regular reviews of systems to ensure accuracy of output and improving the external and internal customer journey.
· Attend regular meetings with third party system providers.
· Assist with the identification, planning and implementation of new products, processes and procedures.
· Assist with on-boarding and management of the professional panel.
· Assist with producing and collating reports for Committee meetings to include sending out reminders, collating packs and circulating.
· Assist with monitoring actions arising from Compliance, Internal Audit and Quality Assurance reviews.
· Identify opportunities and proactively make recommendations for system development and process improvements.
· Scope, define and test ad hoc projects.

The Successful Operations & Project Analyst Will Have:

· Makes effective suggestions about improving procedures.
· Experience in a junior Business Analyst / Project Management / Change / Projects type position from within the Financial Services, or consultancy arena
· Willing to learn new things and adjust to changed circumstances Technical Knowledge
· MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
· MS Access or MS SQL
· Prince 2 or another project management accreditation (desirable, not essential)
