Project Partners are now on the look out for a Project Administrator to come and join a lovely team in Bristol. The Project Administrator contributes essential administrative support to engineering projects, working alongside the Project Manager, helping to ensure that projects are well run, finances are managed, targets are achieved, and deadlines are hit.

The main duties of this role are to support multiple projects and provide Local Office Administration support to the Office. Specific duties to include:

· Setting up internal and external project meetings.n· Taking meeting minutes, monitoring actions, and managing follow-up to ensure deadlines are met.n· Managing project finances; tracking budget, spend, invoicing and additional costs via the existing software and company processes.n· Managing project files and drawing records.n· Assisting with the preparation of project bid documents.n· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.n· Any other admin support as required by the Project Manager.

General office support including:

· Managing post, ordering stationary, getting supplies for the office as required.n· Managing any facilities issues, greeting visitors and organising meetings asnneeded.n· Answering the phones, transferring calls and taking messages.n· Health and Safety local office representative and first aider.n· Arranging regular team social activities.n· Managing diary entries for all office staff holidaysn· To deal with any other ad hoc duties as directed by the Directors/Office Heads, Group Administration Manager or Project Managers.

Candidate experience:

Minimum 2 years previous experience in a busy office administration office environmentnExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.nExperience of working with a database is desirable.nExcellent written and verbal communication skillsnExcellent interpersonal skills being professional and approachablenHigh level of organisational skills and great attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task.nThe desire to deliver work of a high standardnThe ability to work independently without constant supervision, as well as working well within a teamnAbility to manage own workload within agreed time scalenProactive approach to work taking initiative where needed
