  • Your Role and Impact:

    As a Program Manager, you’ll lead a cross-functional team of experienced professionals and team leaders. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership: Guide integrated program teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Quality, Aftermarket, and Business Development.
  • Strategic Management: Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to organizational objectives.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage program P&L to meet profitability targets and oversee multiple sub-tier suppliers.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality, and recommend proactive solutions to program challenges.
  • Customer Focus: Serve as the focal point for both internal and external customers, supporting contract negotiations and business development efforts.
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: HND/Degree in a technical discipline.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, JDE/SAP, and program planning tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  • Experience: Demonstrated program management skills with experience in leading programs and teams in a matrix organization. Knowledge of Earned Value Management and NPI product lifecycle (JDP, PDR, CDR, FAI).
  • Certifications: Formal PM training/accreditation such as PMP or APM.
