API Product Owner Location: London/Nottingham/Hybrid: 4 day week plus regular home working is common (1-2 days in the office) but we do love to see each other in person to collaborate! Role Purpose: This newly created role will act as a product owner for our range of APIs, which help to deliver some of the most challenging and innovative projects through data and insight. What you will do:
What you'll need: • Experience of working with UK electricity energy dataflows. • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a focus on API products. • A deep understanding of API technologies, RESTful architecture, and web services. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA. • Familiarity with API documentation tools and platforms (e. g. , Swagger, Postman). • Prior experience in software development (desired but not a must).
