- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Product Manager with a proven track record of launching and managing software products.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate customer needs into a compelling product vision and roadmap.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work effectively across teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
