Position: Full-time / Part-time Solicitor



Department: Private Client


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide Legal advice on a range of Private Client matters including Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust Administration, and Tax Returns
  • Liaise effectively with Clients, other professionals, and internal colleagues
  • Manage an independent caseload efficiently
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced and talented Lawyers
  • Opportunity to further develop skills and knowledge in Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters

Requirements:


  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE (Post-Qualification Experience)
  • Experience in dealing with Private Client Matters such as Wills, Probate, and Trusts
  • Strong Client management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage an independent caseload and work collaboratively within a team
