Our client, a highly respected law firm based in the West Midlands are looking for a fee-earning paralegal to join their Private Client team. This role is permanent and office based due to the nature of Private Client work. The team is rated in both the Legal 500 and Chambers High Net Worth Guide, and will offer excellent support and development with the opportunity for career progression for the right candidate. The successful applicant will be working alongside a close-knit experienced team of Private Client fee earners assisting with drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications. The team also deal with a large volume of probate cases and trust matters, and you will be required to assist with the progression of these files. You will have regular contact with clients, and so the ideal candidate will need to be confident and friendly with a positive 'can do' attitude. Ideally, the candidate will have extensive Private Client experience in a similar role, have a minimum 2:1 LLB from a Top University and the LPC is preferable (but not essential).
