We’re looking for a talented Private Client Manager to join our Private Client Team at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).

CAF’s Private Client Team offer the market leading Donor Advised Funds for both UK and dual US/UK taxpayers, helping individuals give to the charitable causes that they care about. 


What you’ll do


At CAF, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as our Private Client Manager you too will play an integral part in what we do.


This role is an account manager for our Individual CAF Charitable Trust (donor advised fund) clients.

You will work with a portfolio of high and ultra-high net worth individuals, providing them with an exceptional service, building trust, and enabling smooth processing of their charitable grants to organisations around the world.


As our Private Client Manager, you will:


  • Become a trusted philanthropy advisor to (U)HNW donors and independent professional advisors
  • Achieve a range of stretching KPI’s, focused on achieving outstanding client satisfaction through the delivery of exemplary service
  • To support the growth of CAFs private client team by engaging in business development activity to raise the profile of our service

Who you’ll be


This role is for you if you have experience of working with high/ultra-high-net-worth clients or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society.

We are looking for:


  • Excellent relationship management skills, ideally with a track record of working with high-net-worth individuals
  • Proactive approach to working with clients – capable of anticipating client needs thinking outside the box
  • A good understanding of the charity sector and willingness to further develop this expertise
  • Experienced and confident at prospecting and networking with potential new clients
  • Able to prioritise work efficiently, handling multiple client requests at once and adapting your schedule as needed when urgent/last minute requests come through
