Animed Direct was established in and sells medicines, pet food and other animal related products to customers across the UK, as well as managing distribution of our growing number of own-brand medicines to our surgeries across the UK. Animed Direct is a growing business and currently has over a £30m p.a. turnover online in the UK. As part of our continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Prescription Administrator to join our business in a permanent role based at the group's head office in Diss, Norfolk. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our veterinary surgeons in assigning prescriptions to customer orders that are placed online. You will be expected to communicate with customers via email, and to clarify queries relating to orders. You will be fully trained in the use of our electronic prescription management system, ensuring that prescriptions are correctly assigned to the relevant order. You will liaise with the Customer Support team and our Pharmacy to ensure efficient processing of customers' orders. This role is full time (40 hours per week), working 7am-4pm Monday to Friday.
