We are recruiting a PR and Communications Manager to work closely with the Head of PR, and in unison with the PR and Communications Managers in APAC and EMEA, to build, strengthen and protect the reputation of the firm’s global brand through PR, media, campaign and social media activity.

The role requires the cultivation of our relationships with national, legal and industry media to engage our target audience and boost our brand awareness .

This role sits within the central Corporate Communications team comprising communications professionals across PR, marketing communications, content, digital and design. 


Our standard working hours are 9.

30am-5.

30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests. 


Candidate Overview


We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: 


  • To run the Press Office - handling inbound legal market/ firm wide media requests, manage output from junior members of the team, engage with and maintain relationships with key legal reporters, acting as the conduit between the press and senior leadership. 
  • To mentor and manage junior members of the team to ensure press relationships are sustained and coverage is consistently generated within quality outlets.
  • To provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders on proactive efforts to develop the firm's reputation in its chosen sectors, skillsets and priority areas and key firm wide topics and themes, engaging with traditional media and enabling multinational output working in collaboration with the EMEA and APAC PR and Communications managers, as well as Business Development SMEs across the network. 
  • Work with the Head of PR to define, refine and deliver relevant brand and messaging appropriate for all multinational internal and external audiences
