We are seeking a dedicated Poultry Farm Manager to oversee our client’s farm in Norfolk. This is an amazing opportunity to join a well established and prestigious employer. Key Responsibilities:nManage daily operations of the farm, including hands-on involvement in production activities.nSupervise and support a team, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company policies.nLead team meetings and organise training sessions on biosecurity, welfare, and health & safety.nOversee stock management, ordering supplies, and cost control.nImplement company policies and drive continuous improvement projects. Qualifications:nAt least two years of management experience in a comparable environment.nStrong planning and organisational skills.nExcellent verbal and written communication abilities.nKnowledge of livestock breeding operations and biosecurity.nProven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.nExisting Right to work in UK and own transport.
