About the Role As Planning Manager, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and full Planning service across the Group of Chartway companies, providing a range of key services including early-stage planning and development appraisals, preparation, and submissions of planning applications as well as s106/planning condition monitoring, submissions, and compliance. You will undertake site assessments and conduct detailed examinations of planning histories. You’ll support our Land & Planning team with the preparation and project management of different types of planning applications, including the discharge of planning conditions and amendment applications. Responsibilities
Qualifications Holding MRTPI status and or working towards one as well as having a planning or another property related degree would be advantageous. Required Skills
