Our client is leading Legal 500 defendant insurance firm that is based in Bolton.

It specialises in insurance focused claims and wants to expand its EL/PL department.

It is currently looking to grow its EL/PL team with a new Fee-Earner to deal with litigated EL/PL claims.


Role:


  • Dealing with a caseload of casualty EL/PL claims from inception to settlement
  • Support file handlers on their caseloads where required
  • Formulate initial strategy and management of the claim from start to finish
  • Liaising with insurers where necessary and pursuing settlements where possible

Ideal Candidate:


  • Previous litigation experience in a Personal Injury environment (claimant candidates will definitely be considered)
  • Strong file handling experience and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Law degree, LPC or solid relatable/transferable experience
  • Good advocacy skills
