We have an exciting opportunity to join Hays as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director & Manager to the wider sales support team in the South West & Wales region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain full exposure to all aspects of a PA role, working within a well- established, global company (32 countries worldwide) Hays are also listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.
We are open to applications from experienced PA's who may be looking for a change, or equally someone who is looking to take progress in their administrative career.

£30-35k base - Based in one of our South West & Wales offices listed below with Hybrid working available.

Your new role
You will be assisting our Managing Director across the South West & Wales Region, which comprises of offices in Oxford, Reading, Swindon, Cheltenham, Bristol, Cardiff, Swansea, Plymouth & Exeter. You will also be supporting the Senior Leadership Team by providing organisational and administrative regional support. Your role will involve diary management, travel arrangements, expenses, scheduling internal and external meetings as well as regional events.

You will be responsible for the administration and preparation of Senior Leadership team meetings including forward planning, production of Agendas, creation of reports as well as minute taking.
In addition to this you will support the Sales Support Team which consists of a team of six experienced Administrators, ensuring processes are followed as well as supporting the roll out of projects. You will liaise with a number of teams in the business including Marketing, Revenue, HR and IT for regional matters as well as liaising with external suppliers and Stakeholders.

What you need to succeed
You will be a confident communicator, with excellent verbal and written skills. You will also be comfortable working to tight deadlines and be able to turn work around within a short space of time where demands are likely to change at short notice.

Being highly organised with an excellent attention to details, a positive attitude as well as always striving for the best outcome in changing circumstances is essential. Your stakeholder liaison skills will be second to none enabling you to be able to engage with people at all levels with very confidential and sensitive information.
