This is what the team says

“When I applied for the personal assistant position I thought it would be only a temporary thing until I find a better job. To my surprise I actually did enjoy it. And I still do. Through this years with SCA I’ve met amazing people, clients as well as colleagues. Best of all, I gained a lot of experiences and skills. ”

“Working as a team leader allows you to not only see the issues that crop up in the community but also follow through on how to solve them. We ensure that it is safe for service users to stay in their own homes and oversee that everything runs smoothly, for both carers and service users.”

“Working as a Team Leader in SCA has been one of my greatest achievements. I have been encouraged and supported to grow and develop, gaining new skills, experience and qualifications.
