Assistance with dressing, meal preparation, medication and much more. 24 Hour Support A package designed to provide continual support round the clock. Staff will stay with you in your home both night and day. Supporting you to do more. Complex Care Working with others such as your G.P, Consultant, District Nursing or Marie Curie team to meet complex support needs. Promoting dignity and choice. Social Support Social visits, medication reminders, shopping and household tasks can help reduce isolation, helping you maintain your independence.
