Petlab is looking for a passionate People Development Advisor to join our small but highly ambitious People Team.

Reporting in to the Head of People Development and Culture you will support the delivery of People Development initiatives and key learning and development interventions.

This will be a pivotal role in helping drive a company culture of continued personal growth and development.

Requirements


  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role is essential.
  • CIPD certification or willingness to attain one is essential.
  • Practical experience of eLearning authoring tools (ideally Articulate) is essential.
  • Experience of creating MI reports is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Practical knowledge and understanding of learning and development practices.
