About the job you're considering To provide key support to the Payroll Manager to ensure the efficient and successful delivery of the payroll service to our 12000+ Capgemini employees, being responsible for an internal team of administrators who provide several core activities that support the delivery of the payroll service. Providing guidance and support on payroll legislation and internal payroll processes, in addition also working closely with our external Payroll Provider Team. First escalation point to provide resolve and solutions on queries and challenges from both employee and manager stakeholders.
