Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide Legal advice on commercial and technical matters
  • Working across a full sales cycle supporting from a Legal aspect
  • Help manage contract flow.
  • Working with the General Counsel on administrative tasks
  • Working with business stakeholders providing Legal view points on general commercial matters


Key Requirements:



  • Qualified Solicitor/Barrister
  • Extensive experience in global payments and commercial contracts
  • Strong Data Privacy knowledge
  • Comfortable working with business stakeholders and customers
