Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager Location: Lewes Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum (DOE) Our client’s Foundation is a leading charity dedicated to providing exceptional education and care for children and young adults with complex neurodisabilities, physical disabilities and health needs. The Role As the driving force behind Chailey Heritage Foundation corporate and major donor strategy, you'll: * Help shape ambitious targets and strategies. * Secure financial and in-kind support from corporate partners and major donors. * Build a robust pipeline of corporate and major donor prospects * Identify new opportunities through research and networking. * Cultivate and manage relationships with business leaders, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate partners. * Lead high-profile events and create memorable experiences that deepen donor engagement. Skills and Qualifications Skills and Experience: They need someone who can think big and act boldly: * A track record of securing high-value donations and managing six-figure income targets. * Experience of managing a six figure income target and developing fundraising strategies and plans * Exceptional networking skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. * Experience creating innovative fundraising strategies and bespoke stewardship plans. * An entrepreneurial spirit with a strategic mindset and the ability to deliver results. * Able to work occasional evenings and weekends, which will be recompensated.
