Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for a part-time role? Are you motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to join a friendly and passionate team? Our client, a rapidly growing business located in Bishops Stortford , is seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Accounts Assistant to support their Finance Manager in the day-to-day running of the accounts department.


Salary & Benefits:



  • £24k-26k (pro rata on a part-time basis)

  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 1pm, pen to discussing alternative arrangements that suit your needs.

    • Responsibilities include:



  • Allocating bank payments

  • Chasing payments for outstanding invoices

  • Sending monthly statements to customers

  • Entering transactions onto Sage

  • Matching invoices with delivery notes and purchase orders

  • Assisting with the end-of-month pay run

  • Resolving account queries and ensuring timely payments from customers
