Pitch is delighted to be supporting an awesome B2B digital agency in their search for a Paid Search Manager to join their team.

Based in the city centre of Birmingham in a beautiful studio, it has great commuter links.


Reporting directly into one of the directors, you will have the chance to work on a range of awesome brands with big and small budgets, all whilst engaging with an all-round super team in the delivery of multichannel digital solutions.


If successful, you’ll take the lead with the paid side of client activity.

The vast majority of your time will be spent on Google Ads, with Bing Ads and Meta Ads a smaller proportion.





So what will your day to day look like?


  • Creating and managing PPC campaigns across search and display - Google and Bing
  • Key word research and competitor analysis.
  • Reporting and sharing insight into campaign performance and offering strategic and tactical solutions to clients.
  • Audience targeting.
  • Strategic campaign development implementation and measurement.
  • Close liaison with the account handling, SEO and creative teams ensuring integration.
  • Keep all product feeds up to date and adopt a “test and learn” approach.
  • Regular competitor and market research.
  • Weekly and monthly performance reporting using GA4 and other reporting tools.
  • To be considered you will need a strong background in PPC and paid social with examples of budget management and deliverables across multiple accounts.

    Your experience therefore, needs to come from within a digital/PPC specialist agency.


    You must be able to demonstrate your ability to utilise budgets effectively, communicate with clients and report on activity to a good level.
