We are looking for a Paediatric Nurse (case load) Manager to join a well-established and progressive provider of complex care packages within the community.

This community role will be based in the Westminster area where the company has secured further packages during an exciting growth phase.

The successful Paediatric Nurse (case load) Manager will be responsible for providing face to face support to children and their families, whilst creating personalised care plans for each child.

You will work closely with a core team of carers; training and supporting them with their clinical skills and activities.

Criteria for a Paediatric Nurse Manager:RSCN with a minimum of 6 months in the UK and an active NMC PINSupportive management style that can bring out the best in othersUp to date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 yearsAdvanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families and the MDTSuitable for Band 5 /Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAsFull UK Driving Licence desirable but not essentialKey responsibilities for a Paediatric Nurse Manager:Design and deliver a tailored care plan specific to an individual client’s needsEffectively manage the MDT through strong communication and teamworkTo provide ongoing monitoring, support and assessment of client’s physical and physiological needs within your caseloadTo deliver nursing interventions including the management of medicine deliveryBuild and maintain sophisticated relationships with your client’s familyWorking closely with community teams, CHC nurses and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of careBenefit package for a Paediatric Nurse Manager:Up to £45,000 per annum DOE2 days working from home per week / 3 days in the communityMonday to Friday (9-5) hours33 days holidayPrivate pension schemeUse of “pool” company car or travel card for community travelBusiness travel expenses of £0.
