Are you a Registered Nurse (either a Paediatric Nurse or an Adult Nurse with experience of working with Children) with community and/or complex care experience, either with management experience or looking to take that next step into a leadership role? If so, then read on… About you * Experience of providing community-based care ideally complex care. * You will ideally have experience of working with individuals with Tracheostomies, ABI, Spinal injuries. * Able to commit to a flexible working pattern and participate in the provision of the telephone based out of hours service on a rotational basis. * You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.
