Are you a P6 Planner in the North West looking to take on a new challenge?

I am working with a proven civil engineering contractor who is looking for an individual to plan a portfolio of Civil Engineering projects in the North of England.

The role involves effective portfolio planning and programming of several schemes across a framework or contract.

As the project Planner, you will report to the Project Manager ensuring that all planning procedures are implemented in accordance with programme strategy and client governance frameworks.

Responsibilities:Plan projects and ensure they are programmed to a level of detail necessary for the site team to deliver the scheme without delaysEnsuring the review of progress, forward planning, and lookahead programmes are carried outIdentifying risksDevelop and maintain detailed project plans using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and timelinesEnsure effective communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to assist with project planning and executionProvide expert planning support and guidance on NEC contract requirementsAttend site visits and stakeholder meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues.
