We’re hiring an Optimisation and UX Director on a FTC until July 2025 . You will be part of our team in Manchester working on a hybrid basis. Purpose of the role In your role as Maternity Cover - Strategy Director for the Optimisation and UX teams you will for overseeing the Optimisation and UX Strategy Proposition, Delivery and Activation. Pushing and evolving our client deliveries. Ensuring high levels of client retention and focus on commercial growth for the business. The Optimisation Strategists will play a key role in the delivery of activation for our client set. You will be responsible for helping them to achieve their client goals – By supporting our Strategies to formulate and oversea delivery of solutions for complex client problem statements and deliver strategies, action plan, drive innovate idea and identify areas of opportunity for CRO and Optimisation. You will also be a key part of the Digital Experience Community Senior Leadership and will have an active role in driving the team vison and culture.
