Job Responsibilities:Participate in a comprehensive hands-on training program, rotating through different departments to gain a thorough understanding of all business functions and earn credibility through practical experienceAdapt to changing business needs and contribute to operational efficiency across departmentsAchieve performance objectives set by upper managementShadow experienced employees to absorb their knowledge, methods, procedures, and performance standardsLead or assist in special projects as directed by upper managementProvide regular progress reports on goals and objectivesCollaborate with management and trainers to monitor performance progressReceive training in the functions and operations of related departments to enhance transferability and increase promotional opportunitiesOffer support in various departments as required, such as reporting, data entry, presentation development, strategic planning, and customer serviceFoster effective communication and collaboration between departments to optimise efficiencyFulfill additional duties to support departmental and business operationsParticipate in site visits to suppliers in the UK and EuropePerform any other relevant duties as needed for the roleThe Candidate:3+ years' experience within an Operations roleBachelor's degree or equivalent experience would be desirableProficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPointDemonstrates quick learning ability and a drive for career advancementStrong communication skills with the capability to engage effectively with various stakeholdersHands-on approach to tasksProactive problem-solver adept at finding solutions and overcoming challengesStrategic thinker focused on advancing business goalsPunctual, reliable, and responsibleAbility to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environmentIndependent worker and team playerExcellent written, analytical, and presentation abilitiesResourceful, organised, and shows leadership potentialWillingness to travel to the USA and EuropePlease note that The Recruitment Co.
