The Opportunity

The role of the Operational Coordinator is to provide support in the day-to-day functions in the operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide adhoc support to the Operational Management Team as and when required
  • Monitoring of various mailboxes and distribution to the relevant department/s
  • Ownership of processing C2 request
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly RRD reports for the Operational team/Board
  • Assist with the process of Points of Connection (POC) request within the Asset Management team
  • Assist with CONS29 Drainage & Water Searches
  • Support other functions within the Business Operations Support Team should the need arise in order to provide cover as and when required

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Exceptional knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to communicate and display professionalism at all levels
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to adjust priorities if/when urgent matters arise
