NES Fircroft are currently working with a large Oilfield Services provider who are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their team in Aberdeen on initially a 6-month contract. Some of the responsibilities include: • Responsible for delivery of a maintenance/repair/refurbishment activity to the internal customer (project team), working across multiple functions (planning, engineering, procurement, quality control) to deliver in line with customer requirement• Managing the repair/modification process through the ERP - visit, WO, operation management.• The management of lifting equipment and alignment with vendor that the lifting gear register is accurately maintained.• Driving planning and coordination efforts to reduce repair lead-times through the workshop.• Assessing the financial impact and cost benefits of rework, replacement or substitution of tools or components.Requirements: • Demonstrate an understanding of Manufacturing Processes.• Demonstrate ERP (Oracle) experience.With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
