Purpose of this role: The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the operations of our London based office. This role encompasses the management of day-to-day services including Reprographics, Post Room, Archives and Stationery. The Team Leader ensures that the office space is well-maintained to the highest standard and that all office and workspaces are equipped with the necessary equipment. Working under minimal supervision, the Team Leader relies on extensive experience, proactivity, and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The role of the Team Leader is to effectively and efficiently manage all aspects of the health & Safety, quality, cost, delivery, technical, and human resources. Ensuring optimisation of equipment uptime by keeping equipment failure and inefficiency to a minimum through effective planned maintenance and remedy of breakdowns. Achievement of agreed KPI’s and SLAs. The Team Leader encourages a culture of continuous improvement and proactive skill enhancement, motivation and support of a team and organisational goals.
