The key responsibilities of the Office Manager:


 


  • Overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Monitor, develop and implement policies and procedures including ISO9001.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for exhibitions and events.
  • Liaison with international group partners and regions.
  • Controlling for logistics both national and international with import and export.
  • Supervision of the accounts team for both customers and suppliers.
  • Handling of customer orders with manufacturing overseas.
  • Being the initial point of contact for customers and colleagues to sign post and direct as required.

 


The essential qualities required for the Office Manager role:


 


  • Previous experience related to the responsibilities listed or able to demonstrate your ability to react and learn new roles with minimal external input.
  • Supervisory experience in a small business or within a multi disciplined environment working with different levels of knowledge and ability.
  • Competency of working with CRM and ERP systems.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
