This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain full exposure to all aspects of an Administrative based role in a sales driven culture. You will be working within a well- established, global company (32 countries worldwide) Hays are also listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.

We are open to applications from candidates who have no experience in Admin or candidates who may be looking for a career change.

KEY ACITVITIES/DUTIES:

General Admin/Data Input:nProvide administrative and organisational support for your allocated Teams/Specialism(s)nUpdating daily spreadsheets for Directors, Managers and ConsultantsnProviding ad-hoc sales/data reports as requirednUpdating/formatting candidate CVs occasionallynFiling / scanning / printing of documentsnAssisting in preparing regular reports for SpecialismsnAttend internal meetings when required to take action pointsnAssist in co-ordinating client and candidate events for the regionnAssist in co-ordinating and supporting regional and central incentives and eventsnAssist the team in creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations when requirednMaintain fee trackers for DirectorsnEmail distribution list management for Specialisms

Office Management:nMaintenance and management of office and IT equipment.nProcess travel requestsnOrdering office stationery, collateral and merchandise and monitoring and managing the use of this when requirednOther adhoc office management and admin duties as requirednOrganising external visitors and contractors and being available on site during visitsnBeing the first point of contact for queries from the property teamnAssist managers in preparing for new starters. Supporting with onboarding requirements, ensuring IT equipment is set up and preparing welcome packs for day 1 startersnAssist the managers and director with HR Administration related to managing holiday requests, absence and starters/leavers

Health and Safety:nAs appropriate to train and act as a First Aider and/or Fire Warden for the officenImmediately report any injuries, incidents, accidents, hazards or near misses to the Director, the First Aid Officer or the H&S teamnFollow all reasonable instructions from the Admin Manager/Director in relation to H&S
