Job Description:


We are seeking an efficient and organised Office Administrator to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive multitasker with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure the day-to-day smooth running of the office, including coordinating meeting rooms, catering, and stationery orders.
  • Provide administrative support to local Senior Management, the Facilities team, and other team members, as required.
  • Providing administrative support to the corporate functions, HR, and Finance.
  • Greet visitors to the organisation and support their needs during their stay.
  • Conduct orientation and onboarding of UK employees into the office.
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments
  • Liaise with and manage day-to-day relationships with building management.
  • Plan and manage local corporate events.
  • Assist Sales and Marketing with Client events.
  • Fulfil Fire Marshall and Trained First Aider responsibilities.
  • Engage with US counterparts to coordinate and support cross-company communications and team events.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fire Marshall and First Aid training/certification preferred (or willingness to undergo training).
