Office Administrator - 1 Year FTCAre you a strong Administrator, looking to work for a growing company which offers amazing benefits?

This is an exciting new opportunity for a full time Office Administrator to join a company based in Aylesbury on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.

This is a fully office-based role with free parking.

Duties will include but not be limited to: Being the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiriesManaging an inbox and replying to emails efficientlyRaising jobs sheets, sale orders, and purchase ordersOrdering materials and office stationeryLiaising with the sales team and supporting them with ad hoc tasks when requiredTo be successful for this position, you must be highly organised with strong attention to detail.

This is a stand-alone role; therefore, you must be an excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner and have good knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.

This opportunity will pay you a salary of up to £25k Per Annum (DOE).
