They are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Teacher to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm, engaging, and educational environment for our nursery-aged children, fostering their development in all areas: social, emotional, cognitive, and physical.


Key Responsibilities:


-Plan and deliver a creative and stimulating curriculum that meets the developmental needs of nursery-aged children.


-Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.


-Observe and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and carers.


-Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.


-Use a variety of teaching strategies to engage children and support their learning.


-Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning.


-Work collaboratively with the Early Years team to ensure a consistent approach to teaching and learning.


-Participate in ongoing professional development and training.


Requirements:


-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Early Years qualification.


-Experience working as a Nursery Teacher or in a similar early years role.


-Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


-A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.


-Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.


-Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
