Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide children 0-5 years old with top-notch care and educational opportunities.
  • Construct and carry out stimulating activities that advance growth and education.
  • Keep track of and document the development of the children, and give parents and carers comments.
  • Make sure every child in the nursery is healthy, safe, and happy.
  • Collaborate with coworkers to keep the environment welcoming and upbeat.
  • Encourage the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of every child.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification or BA in Childcare (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early childhood setting.
  • Strong familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) concept.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to foster good relationships with kids, parents, and staff while working as a team.
  • An enthusiastic and proactive approach to ongoing professional development.
  • Must provide 2 professional references.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Current First Aid certification (preferred).
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
