Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
  • Support the daily routines of the nursery, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
  • Observe and document children's progress and share insights with the team.

Desired Skills and Qualities:


  • A genuine passion for working with young children.
  • cache level 2 or 3
  • Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Enhanced DBS check (we can assist if you don't already have one) and eligibility to work in the UK.
